1. Agreement

By engaging with JetJams Technologies for any service, you agree to the terms outlined in this page. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

JetJams Technologies offers a range of digital services, including:

• Web Development
• Graphic Design
• Video Animation
• Mobile App Development

Each project will be agreed upon with the client in advance, and all work will be completed according to the specified requirements.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their project within 2 days of the initial payment being made. To cancel, the client must notify us within 2 days of the initial payment date. After this period, cancellation is not permitted, and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Dissatisfaction with Services: If the client is not satisfied with the services provided, they may request a refund. However, this is subject to review based on the quality and scope of the work delivered.
• Failure to Meet Deadline: If JetJams Technologies fails to meet the agreed-upon deadline for the project, the client may request a refund.

Refunds will not be issued if the client has shown satisfaction through communication, such as via email, calls, or social media (including Google Reviews).

5. Revisions

Revisions are included as part of the services provided. However, if additional work is requested beyond the scope of the original agreement, additional charges may apply. Clients are expected to provide clear and timely feedback during the revision process.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, the client will retain ownership of the final deliverables. JetJams Technologies may showcase the work as part of our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

JetJams Technologies is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We will not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred during or after the completion of the project.

8. Confidentiality

We will respect the confidentiality of any information provided by the client. No confidential data will be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, unless required by law.

9. Force Majeure

JetJams Technologies will not be held liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters or other unforeseen events.

10. Changes to Terms

JetJams Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
